This resort includes a 650 room hotel with a 50,000 square foot casino including supporting restaurants, clubs, and retail shops. 40 overwater bungalows add a unique element to the resort with full water and boating activities. Located on the waterfront in newly developed Albany, this resort will become a central attraction to the island.

Great Abaco Island, Bahamas

This northern most island in the Bahamas was devastated by Hurricane Dorian in 2019. We were tasked with designing a new Towne Centre. Another 650 acres of properties in Treasure Cay were conceived in a grand master plan. These rather significant development projects include hotels, condos, recreation activities, and a new 200 slip marina.

Nassau, Bahamas

This 120 unit luxury condominium development graces the beautiful Love Beach at the West End of Nassau. The 7.5 acre site will encompass six five-story buildings with 2 to 3 bedroom units all with views of the ocean. A Commons Building will house the concierge, registration, owners dining facilities, and other bars and resort activities.
