Mediterra Residence

This Mediterra Residence included additions and complete renovations to an existing 3,500 SF Tuscan style fused residence. The renovations included opening the house by moving walls and structure. A new Master Bedroom wing included a new adjacent master bathroom all organized around a new swimming pool, with spa and sun platform. Additionally, a new pool bath and changing room was added.

The interior was opened, ceilings raised, new laminated wood beams added to enhance the open feeling of a coastal residence. The final result was to create a tranquil and immersive living experience for the home owners and their extended family when visiting.
